Overview:
Electric Vehicles are a key part of our tomorrow and how we get there. If we can get all the fossil fuel vehicles off our roads, out of our seas and out of our skies, we'll have a much better environment. This community is where we discuss the various different vehicles and news stories regarding electric transportation.

Yeah, I guess when they started mainstreaming crew cabs their market took off and was much more profitable to chase that, with concessions for traditional cabs only for overly long beds.
At least judging from the internet, don't think the market is all that tiny, people have been lamenting the loss of the old S10 and Ranger and such ever since the Colorado and new Ranger launched.
But it looks like Slate believes in that market, but everyone else seems to think that a small truck must have a crew cab. That everyone that needs a 'real bed' won't mind a full size truck.
