I used enjoy the critical drinker. But his videos got anti-woke instead of just being critical of bad writing.
The last straw was him on a podcast agreeing with right wingers/maga/fascists.
I blocked him since then. Not sure if he was always like that or just fell down a dark rabbit hole.
I saw one video and thought he was a poser. Then I saw another and it was just an anti-woke rant for 20 minutes. I don't get the appeal.

Yeah, I used to watch one or two of his videos a while back and thought he was good. Then I saw him on Piers Morgan just being a sexist bigot and his whole channel started sounding different. He can't stop going on about "the message" and how everything is woke. He's a moron.
I didnt see that podcast, but I can definitely see what youre saying. I think that gal gadot wonder woman movie review was really the begininning of the end for him. While I agree that movie is a mess for a lot of different reasons, CD just got stuck on woman this and woman that. Its like he got a taste for misogyny and just decided that's what his audience wanted. Idk. I got tired of it when he decided every star wars movie was trash specifically because Kathleen Kennedy was a woman. In sure there were whole boardrooms full of corporate dicklicks that are also responsible.
I find him entertaining - as a character. Would get tiring real quick in real life. I don’t watch the type of films he watches so I can’t tell if he can actually review.
Way he seems to be really against anything female. I forget what it was but he was talking about a female actress or writer and I was like that seems to be a little to far and just seems like hate.
