Considering Valve's customer base, this is really what I expected out of the Frame. I find it odd that they focused on standalone compute alongside a novel streaming function (foveating streaming) when the two are mutually exclusive in gaming use.

Because translating x86 to ARM will kick Microsoft while they're already down. This is just the justification to the means.
