badposting
badposting is a comm where you post badly
This is not a !the_dunk_tank@hexbear.net alternative. This is not a !memes@hexbear.net alternative. This is a place for you to post your bad posts.
Ever had a really shitty bit idea? Joke you want to take way past the point of where it was funny? Want to feel like a stand-up comedy guy who's been bombing a set for the past 30 minutes straight and at this point is just saying shit to see if people react to it? Really bad pun? A homemade cringe concoction? A cognitohazard that you have birthed into this world and have an urge to spread like chain mail?
Rules:
- Do not post good posts.
- Unauthorized goodposting is to be punished in the manner of commenting the phrase "GOOD post" followed by an emoji that has not yet been used in the thread
- Use an emoticon/kaomoji/rule-three-abiding ASCII art if the rations run out
- This is not a comm where you direct people to other people's bad posts. This is a comm where you post badly.
- This rule intentionally left blank.
- If you're struck for rule 3, skill issue, not allowed to complain about it.
Code of Conduct applies just as much here as it does everywhere else. Technically, CoC violations are bad posts. On the other hand: L + ratio + get ~~better~~ worse material bozo

Just for reference this is a screengrab I just took from the upload Hasan put on his YouTube channel of him showing the collar, I really wish he had just shown it closer to the camera cause anything he shows now could easily be bought and shipped in the time that has passed since the seventh.
This is the collar that looks the most like the one Hasan showed on stream, if you just took the prongs out, which you can do. Theres a a few of them that look like this, all shock collars.
That company only makes one collar that is vibrate only and it's this:
I haven't been able to find a vibrate only collar that looks like the one he showed, but I'll be ecstatic if someone does cause I want to be able to support Hasan. I honestly would have been willing to accept Hasan saying "This is a shock collar but I dont use the shock feature, I just use the vibrate function, that's why I have taken the prongs out, as you can see here."
I don't know, I like animals more than people, hell I like bugs more than people, so it's hard to be chill about stuff like this for me and I wish it just weren't something I had to think about.
I actually have similar concerns as you do, thanks for bringing it up and presenting the pictures.
Looking at the pictures, to me they actually look like the same chassis, but different camera angles, and the belt is rolled up. Can you point out the difference you're seeing?
Here is Hasan holding the collar, with a rectangular led indicator on the side.
Here is the shock version
Here is the vibration only collar with much more rounded corners on the LED indicator
Here is a shot of an unboxing video of the vibration model on the store page of the item
Here's another screenshot from the clip with a better angle, threw a high pass filter on part of it to show what kinda looks like black tape over where the prongs would normally be.
Ah okay, I don't have a strong view on it still, but at least I'm seeing what you're seeing, thanks
Watching the way he talked about and showed it on steam was a little sus to me if he really wanted to debunk it. It leaves room for reasonable suspicion.
If it is a shock collar, I still doubt he was activating it in the clip; the behavior doesn't really track to me
Maybe I'm parasocially/parapolitically blinded idk
The only real way for him to completely cast off all doubt is to show the receipt of when he bought the collar and give us the model number of the collar. The receipt will have a timestamp, and searching for the model number on Amazon will let everyone know exactly what type of collar it is.
And the first thing these people will do, is say how easy it is to photoshop a receipt.
There's no evidence he could present that would not be explained away.
The only way to end this debate, is for Hassan to invite destiny and Ethan Klein into his home, personally convince the two of them, and furthermore convince them (and the dozens of dramaslop tubers orbiting them) it is in their best interest to go against the rabid clamoring of their fan bases.
I have done no research, I don't care to dig up models of shock collar, I'm not so invested in streamer drama that I'm going to spend countless hours arguing about what may or may not have happened.
I treat treat accusations that Hassan Parker abuses his dog, the same way that I treat claims of "authoritarianism" by the US state department.
