The live cam did nothing wrong. Its an objective observer.
The Orcas are simply accepting our terms of war.
Moreover, the acoustic failure detection sensors seemed to have worked, but the process failed since they didn't know what to look for since they didn't do any testing.

A specific pod of them was attacking yachts in the north Atlantic and training others to do the same last summer IIRC
They're not attacking billionaire yachts though, instead it's small sailing boats. Some of those are probably owned by fairly rich people, but probably not that rich.
