That's only The Earth. It's still missing all of time and space. She left that sort of floating around the sandwich. Very sloppy.
You know averaged out, the universe is about 5 hydrogen atoms per cubic meter. So this sandwich is kinda like a taste of everything.

Interesting. It would appear that this artist, in order to manga-fy their work, flips it horizontally before adding, or perhaps editing, the speech bubbles and other text.
The evidence being that the Earth in the sandwich is flipped horizontally.
I mean, I suppose Mimi's Earth just looks like that, but their entire reality would have to be flipped for it to be anything like our Earth.
Also, fun fact: The largest thing that has been the content of a sandwich is indeed the Earth itself. Some wags in Spain and New Zealand arranged to put a slice of bread on the ground at antipodal points at the same time. The bread was far too small and the contents huge, but we generally don't declassify things from being a sandwich if the contents hang outside the bread.
