I've only seen the movie, but from the NATOpedia summary the book is full of brainworms, including these gems:

The main things I remember about the book are the weirdly pro-Israel stuff, the anti-DPRK stuff that was weird even by lib standards (the whole population of the country just vanishes apparently) and the weird undercurrent of misogyny throughout. Every female character is described via how attractive she is, including the one with a severe mental handicap, I remember it being really gross.
And the redeker plan when the zombies went to South Africa reminiscent of the apartheid planned shit. Dprk just vanishes? Lmmfao what is this writing
