Paradox of Tolerance. The Intolerant aren't owed the tolerance of a civil society. You can't break as well as quote the social contract.
We're eventually going to have to do the same thing to MAGA in America. Don't ban them for hate speech, ban them for being a National Security Threat. That sticks, and doesn't violate free speech laws. You wouldn't let ISIS operate freely, would you?
The law at minimum stops chaos.
