That's different to the picture we see as Australians. He's just the same which become evident after winning the battle against his brother.

Seinfeld even covered this decades ago, so it's nothing new. Somehow the business model works? I don't get it either; Captive audience I guess.

“His definition of woke is white liberals’ definition of woke, and they didn’t even know what it was; they just took the word from Black people. That’s the worst thing about our people — not only do we take from other cultures, we don’t even take the time to understand the definition.”

This was a powerful line from Burr.

The problem is you want real actual change for the better, most voters just want their team to win because they think it's the lesser of two evils.

Biden's biggest accomplishment is letting Trump win by fucking up the election and taking up bad policies.

The blame is with the democrats for not appealing to their base, not with voters for not siding with them.

You're making it sound like this isn't straight up Christianity.

For this one Christianity is to blame, not Nazis.

Israeli officials have signaled they do not intend to relinquish this territory. These areas, where the military has deployed, are considered “no-go zones” and Palestinians risk being shot if they approach.

Trump’s comments are clearly directed at China, which is importing more than 1 million barrels per day from Iran, said Scott Modell, CEO of consulting firm Rapidan Energy. Modell said U.S. sanctions are unlikely to have an impact on Iranian oil flowing to China unless the White House targets Beijing’s state-owned enterprises and infrastructure.

Victoria McCloud, a retired High Court judge, said she would bring "one or more cases" against Prime Minister Keir Starmer's government, accusing it of breaching the European Convention on Human Rights.

Earlier this month, Britain's top court handed down a landmark ruling that gender and sex were defined by a person's sex at birth in the country's anti-discrimination laws.

The government has embraced the ruling and said trans women should use men's facilities and vice versa, with Britain's equality watchdog announcing interim guidance along the same lines.

The landmark ruling, which could be appealed, also directs the federal and state governments to adopt measures that block regularization, a process by which illegally-acquired land becomes legal. The expectation of regularization has been one of the main drivers of deforestation in the Amazon. Land-grabbers clear land in the hope that it will eventually be titled thanks to lax land laws or government amnesties.

In addition, authorities must seek compensation from landowners responsible for illegal and intentional destruction, according to the decision by Justice Flávio Dino.

The case stems from a petition filed by the party Rede Sustentabilidade, Sustainability Network, with the support of several environmental organizations. It demands stronger federal and state policies to protect the Amazon rainforest and Pantanal wetlands. Both regions have suffered devastating, mostly man-made wildfires since 2020. Brazil’s Minister of Environment, Marina Silva, is the founder and the main leader of this party.

A Ukrainian official was on the way to Washington for the signing. But a source said the U.S. was pushing Ukraine to sign two additional documents and that Kyiv felt it was premature.

Bessent denied the U.S. made any attempt to change the accord the two sides agreed to over the weekend.

The agreement, which would give the United States access to Ukraine's minerals deposits, is central to Kyiv's efforts to mend ties with U.S. President Donald Trump and the White House as Trump tries to secure a peace settlement in Russia's war in Ukraine.

Two sources told Reuters the signing could happen later on Wednesday. Ukraine's First Deputy Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko was flying to the United States to sign the deal, the country's prime minister said earlier.

Much of the buildup is happening in the Leningrad Military District, which borders Estonia, Latvia, and Finland. As part of a broader plan to increase the Russian army’s size to 1.5 million troops, small brigades stationed there are being expanded into full divisions of around 10,000 soldiers, the report said.

Officials in Łańcut voted on Thursday to end the regulation introduced by the previous Law and Justice (PiS) government, which saw around 100 local councils declaring their regions ‘LGBT-free’ or banning ‘LGBT ideology.’
