A ton of very questionable choices on this list. Many of these aren't even prestige TV?
The office US is broadly considered the better version. It certainly had a way bigger market success.

Hasn't ubuntu always been the "non-tech friendly linux distro"? Their market niche was not being light weight.
The motivations of kids are generally pretty obvious - most parents know exactly what it is their kids are wanting to do. And kids will work to accomplish that motivation despite what roadblocks the parents put in place, and at somepoint they will figure out a strategy to remain undetected.
Parents don't really get a vote WRT their kids having sex or doing drugs. They get _some influence over the details of how those occur, if they show they can be trusted to not freak out.
Owned opposition. The fact that the majority of Americans view the democratic party as left leaning (or worse, "radically left") is among the greater information issue our society faces.

But is “oligarchy” truly an accurate name for the enemy?
Yes. Full stop - yes. A few hundred extremely rich people having massive influence over the society is an oligarchy and calling it anything else is imprecise.
I really wish there was a form of political aptitude tests that didn't have all the problems voting tests inevitably have. The ones most against socialism are generally the ones that understand it the least.

The sitcom format in general just doesn't work for modern audiences. The format needed entirely self contained narratives which could be watched with a whole family - that isn't what the market demands these days.
I think Seinfield sucked but I think all sitcom sucks, mostly because I didn't grow up in a house that watched them + moved to streaming before I had my own place.
