The reasons for opposing becoming the 51st state were loss of Canadian identity, culture and sovereignty at 81 per cent, the difference in health care systems at 68 per cent, concerns over safety with the differences in gun laws and the legal system at 60 per cent, and concern over U.S. politics and governance just below with 58 per cent.

Fellow canucks looking out for our material conditions.

Yes same, I see they've gotten a positive result so I assume there's a process, I just don't understand it.

OK, so if I understand this correctly, they don't train the immune system to target these sugars, since they're used by human cells. Instead, they remove them during the vaccine administration so the immune system can train on the bare spike protein. Cool. Now how would this help when new virus copies come in with sugar-coated proteins, some time after the sugar stripping agent is gone from the system?

True but Big Social would have many orders of magnitude more lawsuits to deal with. I guess it might still not matter.

Well, luckily many large Lemmy instances are outside the US. 😂

Isn't this a death knell for Big Social Media?

I meant that they no longer need Google's funding, however if Chrome becomes Mozilla, Google would have a real need to pay Mozilla to stay the default engine in Chrome.

They could sell it for $1 if they wanted to.

Also I think Mozilla is self sustainable from investment income from its endowment. Could be wrong.

I somehow don't believe this is going to happen. But if it does, sell it to Mozilla?

Seems like it.
