Junk food, cigarettes, weed, and sucking dick.
I think I just like things in my mouth.

Laziness. Or, as Sir Humphrey Appleby put it, 'Masterful Inactivity'.
Solitude, sleep and food. Probably the three things I'm best at too, thinking about it.
Weed and food. The former isn't a problem, the latter can be.
When I'm stressed I have to consciously be very aware of my eating. During lockdown I was spending a hundreds per month on just food.
Within two years after lockdown ending, I managed to lose 36KG. I try my best to keep a good weight, and I'm within acceptable ranges as per the BMI, however every once in a while I would have a bad day and eat an entire extra large pizza to myself for lunch.
I have a large bench vice, a precision milling vice on my milling machine and a couple of little vices for cocaine.
Sex.
Crisps, alcohol, vaping …not in that order.
Chocolate chip cookie with milk and MMORPGs. I've made my cookie portions smaller (two cookies at a time and leave the bag in the kitchen when I eat them at my desk/couch.I also quit any and all MMO/gacha games.
Bourbon - but I only partake on Friday and Saturday nights.
Procrastination
Porncrastination.
Yes, it IS word. I've been doing this activity for years. Do not doubt my experience in the field.
Solitude, it’s addictive being alone
Alcohol, but I'm 53 days sober
You must be part of the great !stopdrinking@lemmy.world crowd.
Yep! They were a godsend in the first two weeks. I've also been going to AA meetings in VR.
We're supporting you !
Well done! Keep going.
I'm an asshole. Oh, I drink too much Lipton™ Peach Ice Tea.
Chocolate, alcohol, video games, and expounding too much about my interests to anyone standing in front of me.
Also, explaining things on the internet...
Peanut butter, nice bread, and hoarding shiny little trinkets.
As a fellow peanut butter aficionado, what are your favorite peanut butter dishes/snacks?
I will pretty frequently just eat straight peanut butter with a spoon, but peanut butter cookies are also great. Peanut Butter an Co. has a cinnamon sugar peanut butter that is obscenely good. I found out about it because Babish did a peanut butter tier list video and the cinnamon sugar peanut butter was the highest rank.
Thank you. I took half the time just go straight spoonful of peanut butters. I'm going to check out that cinnamon sugar peanut butter!
Sex, drugs and alcohol. I wish the last one was rock n’ roll but sadly it’s not.
Is Diet Pepsi a vice
Pot at the moment. It used to be soluble coffee but I got bored of it even after changing brands and everything. I guess I need one of those fancy coffee machines to "chase" the vice, but then I'll have another vice of brewing the perfect cup and I can't afford all that. lol
Haha I read escorts as e-scorts as you would read e-sports
Answer: hobbies, food, and stuff I find I want. I've been getting in to knives, a cool watch, some kites, and other random stuff.
...escorts, really?
Where would you go about locating one? For science, naturally.
Local modelling agencies / escorting agencies. I’m a regular, they’re the ones reaching out to me to advertise new developments.
You act like we don't have little pocket communicators that can summon anything we want if we pay enough for it.
Pizza and social media. And pizza.
Sugar/ultra processed foods especially soda
Damn op started the thread out with a bang. Soda, and sloth would be mine.
what aren't? i pick up vices like a swiffer picks up lint.
some people have "addictive personalities", but mine is off the charts. problem is, it only pertains to the self-destructive ones.
cheesy, i know, but i love this quote from dave matthews: "a rolling stone gathers no moss but leaves a trail of busted stuff"
An immersive book. A good, immersive videogame. An immersive, well crafted series with deep lore.
If I come across any of these you won't see me for WEEKS. Forget being social or any of my obligations, my life is now this fictional universe I found.
Diet coke & cocktails, and potato chips (crisps and fries both) though I am moderate with all.
Sloth, I guess - I'm physically active, but so lazy in some ways, wake up when I wake up, want people to come to my house, I don't want to go to theirs, want to live close to everything so I don't have to travel, don't work as hard as I could at work, don't try to move up.
Sex. Every day at least once.
Reading is my escape, but I don't think it's a vice.
How you doin?
Sometimes, another person is involved.
Mild case of gluttony and sloth.
Well, strangling animals, golf and masturbating.
You're gonna lose points there. Golf's not very popular around here.
sugar and caffeine, caffeine and sleeping, machines and screens, others I wont mention
others I wont mention
Others I can imagine. *squints suspiciously*
Same. Only way I've managed to curb my cravings of sugar lately is that I got lab work done and I'm on the verge of becoming diabetic. Turns out fear is my only motivator.
