Spiffing brit introduced me to a mod that has me installing Skyrim again. It overhauls the leveling system so that you get incremental somewhat random stat boosts per kill. Seems like an interesting way to avoid the main quest, and the civil war.

What are gas station pills? Is this some weirdly branded viagra? I've never seen this before...
This one's not real, but gas stations and corner stores frequently sell sketchy stuff that claims to work. Usually off brand viagra, energy, diet pills, etc. You should never try any of it if you value your health.
Yeah, often unrelated Viagra, Cialis and other drugs, in unlisted dosages.
This YouTube pharmacist often sends these to a lab, and the results are often pretty bad. Its wild American gas stations sell these. They’re super dangerous. They’re just a random handful of prescription PDE5 Inhibitors, possibly sprinkled kratom.
Kratom alkaloids if your lucky, weird discontinued SSRIs and or Trycyclics if you draw the short straw...
They're basically drugs that haven't yet been banned with the FDA.
