For example, I don't like Will Ferrell in his typical roles. Oh they just drive me batty.

But. I do love Stranger Than Fiction. It's such a cozy movie.

milas kunis, scientologist, shilling for masterson and then fleeing to europe with her equally reprehensible husband. Chris pratt, gary sinese, both are right wingers, for sinese why he was great in the movies he was in, his current virtue signalling for the troops on reddit is very cringe, mostly because he started last year around the time when the eleciton/campaigns was in full run.(unlike jon stewart, you only came out recently as a rightie, to shore up the voter base for republicans that the gop would throw under the bus)/.

chris pratt, himself being a right winger, and supporting is fundie church, and i dont find him too good of actor, such wooden acting and people are defending him somehow? he only has one inflection and expression throughout all the roles he has been in, his acting careers was pure nepotism.

Rob MAC(originally rob machellenny) og isaip episodes were great, but became extremely pretentious even changing your name, trying to stay in hollywood inner circles, by colluding with questionable people like reynolds, a football star, and also the amount of comestic procedures he has done to make him look 20year old alien.

Ed Harris. Exception: The Rock.

Tom Cruise - but damn, his performance in Tropic Thunder is a masterclass.

The first time I saw the film, I didn't even recognize that he was in it.

I didn't like him either. For me, it's Oblivion. He's incredible in an incredibly original and beautiful film. That soundtrack though puts it through the roof.

Mark Wahlberg. Racist meathead.

Exception: The Departed

Woody Allen. Everything about the way he acts just makes my skin crawl.

Nicole Kidman, creepy

Marky Mark, no exceptions.

Seeing Matthew Broderick in anything still ruins the entire show for me after hearing about how he killed 2 women in Ireland and just got away with it.

Steven Segal

Ben Gazara Just needs a slap

Conan, too arrogant.

Unpopular opinion but Harrison Ford is a terrible actor. He's literally just a guy that shows up on set and reads some lines. Zero range, zero character.

[–] Suck_on_my_Presence@lemmy.world 3 points 40 minutes ago

Hmmm. Yeah. I would say most of his characters feel the same. But I love Indiana Jones

[–] solrize@lemmy.ml 5 points 3 hours ago

Ya know I'm a Star Trek fan from way back, but William Shatner makes me cringe all the time these days.

[–] FenrirIII@lemmy.world 3 points 2 hours ago

Reba McEntire. I just don't like her folksy shtick

Kevin Spacey. Because the people that accuse him of raping them keep committing suicide right before trial. And then he released that creepy video of himself sitting in front of a fireplace talking about "killing them with kindness". I've refused to watch anything with him in it since I found out.

Chris Pratt's only good films were the Guardians of the Galaxy fims and the Lego Movie and his face wasn't even in one of those.

[–] Olhonestjim@lemmy.world 5 points 2 hours ago

I liked him in Parks & Rec. But then I found he's evangelical. That's a black mark for me, since I managed to escape it. But his apparently sincere faith combined with his dirty sense of humor grates on me. I don't mind the jokes. It just makes him look like a hypocrite to me.
